Meet Blair
Hi, I’m Blair, a certified doula serving families throughout the North State. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, supported, and confident, and to be someone you’re genuinely glad is part of your birth team.
I support the whole family, not just the birthing parent. Partners need support too, and I work intentionally to help parents feel connected, informed, and supported together. I don’t take over. I help you work as a team.
Through prenatal preparation and education, I help families feel empowered to ask questions and make choices that feel right for them. During birth and beyond, I offer steady, compassionate support so you know you and your baby are safe.

Support for Every Path
Prenatal Support
Build confidence together before birth. We discuss preferences for labor, postpartum, and feeding, explore comfort measures, and make space for questions from both parents. Prenatal visits focus on education, connection, and helping you feel prepared and empowered as a team.
Postpartum Support
Gentle in-home and phone support during the early weeks after birth. Visits often include processing your birth experience, feeding support, emotional check-ins for both parents, and practical help as you adjust to life with an infant. These visits are a space to slow down, ask questions, and feel supported.
Abortion Support
Confidential, compassionate support before, during, and after an abortion. Care may include emotional support, practical help, and presence during recovery — always rooted in dignity, respect, and your individual needs.
Birth Support
Calm, continuous emotional, physical, and informational support during labor and birth. My role is to be a steady presence — helping you stay grounded, reminding you that you can ask questions, and supporting both parents as you work together to welcome your baby.
Lactation Support
Reassuring, judgment-free feeding support focused on your goals. I offer education, positioning help, and practical tools for nursing, pumping, combination feeding, or bottle-feeding — along with referrals when medical support is needed.
What to Expect
Connect
We begin with a relaxed, no-pressure consultation. This is a space to share your story, ask questions, and explore what kind of support feels right for you. We’ll make sure you feel heard, respected, and comfortable moving forward together.
Prepare
Together, we explore your hopes, boundaries, and support needs. We focus on education, comfort measures, and building confidence — for you and your partner — so you feel informed, grounded, and supported heading into the care you choose.
Support
I’m present when you need me most, offering steady, compassionate care tailored to your experience. Whether during birth, postpartum, feeding support, or abortion care, you’re met with calm guidance, emotional support, and deep respect for your choices.
Common Questions
Do you accept my insurance?
I currently accept Medi-Cal, Tricare, and Partnership Insurance. If you have questions about coverage or eligibility, I’m happy to help you navigate that.
How do I know you’ll be there when I need you?
I don’t overlap on-call windows, so when I’m supporting your family, my availability is dedicated to you. I plan my schedule carefully to ensure I can show up fully, and a backup doula can be arranged so you’re never without support.
What does postpartum support actually look like?
Postpartum support may include emotional check-ins, feeding support, help processing your birth, newborn care guidance, and practical help during early recovery. These visits are especially helpful if things feel overwhelming or different than expected.
What kinds of births do you support?
I support families planning hospital births, birth center births, and home births. My values don’t change based on where or how you give birth — my focus is supporting your decisions and helping you feel safe and informed.
Do I really need a doula if I already have a partner and medical provider?
Many families choose a doula because medical providers focus on clinical care, and partners often need support too. A doula offers continuous emotional, physical, and informational support — helping you feel grounded, informed, and supported without replacing your partner or care team.
Can you help with feeding even if you weren’t at my birth?
Yes. Feeding support can begin at any time. I’ll ask questions about your birth and your baby’s early days so I can offer guidance that fits your experience and feeding goals.
